It was clear a long time ago but we have to watch what we say around Boohead. He repeats and understands everything we tell him.
The other night, on Grandma's birthday, we went to the Chinese take out restaurant to buy Birthday Take Out for Grandma. We told him as much and as we pulled into the parking lot, he whispered "Chinese Store".
Then he went in and said, "Chinese Store". It was not a horrible thing but kind of funny too.
The other day, Angelo realised she speaks like Boohead when he's around.
"Boohead! Eat Food?" and in the same breath, "I'm talking like him now."
That's cute.

haha, it's okay, since we're biologically programmed to use simplified linguistic patterns when conversing with the little ones, it's license to skip over some of the more ancillary components of language like helping verbs and such. And, considering the post above, perhaps he's already come to the understand that he can get the Chinese to make his products for less, thereby increasing his profit margin and raising the value of his company in the stock market? Quite the savvy sort!
