As we were sitting outside Uncle Bunji's house, blowing bubbles and rocking on the chair, BH and I had a discussion.
Or 2: Now Boobey, we have to go visit Moodou so you will have to stay with Grandma and Papa, okay? Little kids are not allowed in the Baby Ward of the Hospital.
BH: ::fussing::
Or 2: I know, but it's okay. You'll go to the Grocery store with Grandma and Papa.
BH: Why?
Or 2: Well, we need groceries. We don't have any at the moment.
BH: Why? Because you're poor?
Or 2: Urr. Um, No... But remember Grandma and Papa went away for a while and there was no need to have a lot of food in the house. We just need to go buy some now that they're back.
BH: Okay ::unconvinced::
Huh.

Store Adventures
At the supermarket a few weekends ago, Boohead and Mommy were taking a spin through the aisles, with B'H in the shopping cart and Mommy taking a sharp corner.
::screeeeccchhhh:: or the Trini equivalent ::eeuurrrkksss:::
BH: That's good driving, Mommy.
H1: Thanks, honey.
BH: I like that driving, it makes my red hair blow in the wind.
I may have to disown him.
At the clothing store last weekend, Boohead and Mommy were roaming the aisles, trying clothes and looking in the mirror.
BH: I want to see a mirror
H1: Here, why don't you try on these hats while you're at it?
BH: ::tries on first:: Too furry. (and it was)
H1: Okay. How about this one?
BH: ::tries on second:: Too big.
H1: Okay. Ooh, here's one.
BH: ::tries on third:: 2.99!
I told them he knew how to read since he was about one year old. I told them.

A Pretzel and a Dollar
The other day we went to the wholesale club BJ's.
I was busy with Papa HOchie and Grandma at the Verizon counter, getting new phones when H1 and BH suddenly appeared.
BH was prattling off on something and H1 looked suspect.
Not quite understanding what he was saying, H1 asked him to tell me what he wanted.
"Pretzel. Want pretzel."
So, that was fine. I told him to go get one but there he was, still rambling on about something.
"Need dollar."
What.
Apparently, he was throwing a fit with his Mommy and demanded a pretzel. When he told that there was no dollar to be had, he asked for me.
"Where Boobey."
What.
He associates me with money and wanted to find me because he needed a dollar and came around to shake me down for one.
...
It's not right.

Just like Bunji and Or 2
It's too soon to tell but every since he was younger, he's been fascinated with playing doctor as previously blogged.
Dr. Boohead seems quite the versatile person.
The other day, as Bunji was giving money to Grandma, BooHead ran up to the transaction, shouted "money!", grabbed the money and ran.
Bunji is convinced Boohead is just like him, which means he could do some serious stock market buisness in addition to being a doctor.
I guess he'll also be a serious sous chef to somebody because he's been helping hism mommy out in the kitchen as well.
I'm happy my job will be taken over by another. Heh.

A Handsome, Money Lovin' Boo-Head
For two days, one of our recent guests kept telling Boo-Head how handsome he was. He no longer says he's cute and if you ask him, he'll say he's handsome.
Our guests gave him money for his fund (or for my fee of $710 for pain and suffering and a dirty camera) and in true Chinese blood fashion according to Grandma, hid the money behind his back.
As they were in the car leaving for the train station, he was at the window - not telling them goodbye but rather, shouting "Money! Money!"
I guess he wanted more money.
When asked what he'll buy with his new found wealth, he told his Daddy "Milk" and "Ice-Cream".
When asked by his Mommy, he said "trains".
When asked if he'd buy Or 2 a present, he declined.
Currently listening to: "Killer Queen" by Queen.
